Pynzenyk: $3-billion Russian credit guzzled away
The cabinet used up the $3-billlion Russian credit to patch up dents in budget, UDAR’s Viktor Pynzenyk said, his press service reports Dec. 31.
“Nothing has been left of the credit. The cabinet placed about $0.5 bn in its accounts, with the rest guzzled away for social payments,” he said.
Instead of paying for reforms of the economy, Premier Azarov used up the credit to patch up the budget deficit, and this will lonely lead to its growth, he said.
Trumpeting its achievements, the cabinet only raises the state debt, he said.
